There is a saying "There are no atheist's in fox holes" and
it's true. I've served with those who have been in combat and the saying
is true. In a situation where your life is in jeopardy, all of us turn
to God for help.. Please don't wait till
the situation gets so bad that you're praying for deliverance. The time to pray is now, right now. Not when your about to die. Jesus is waiting right now for you to seek Him. He is willing and able to help, but only if you really want Him to. Remember this, God created you, and everything you see or own is simply something God enabled you to get. You don't really own anything. Your body belongs to God who created it. God lets you do as you wish, even to the point of destroying your body! But the truth is, Your wife, friends, cars, things, children, all belong to God. Not you. And God can do as He wishes with you. Don't you see how kind and wonderful God really is ? Everything in your life is there because God Allows it.. But it will not always be that way. God has limits, and we can see what happens when those limits are exceeded in Genesis 6:9-17. How terrible it was that God had to destroy everything and reset the world to start over. After 120 years of warning, only Noah and his family believed and were saved. Will you be like Noah? or Lost ? The choice is yours........ The only thing I can do is offer some advice when God's judgments come to America, and the world. God Never does anything Big, without warning us first. And the Bible has been warning us for a long time. And lately, God sent a man from Romania to warn America of a coming disaster. The Bible also speaks of a Nuclear War......Daniel 11:27 speaks of kings of the south (America) and the north (Russia) lying to each other at the table. After reading the column to the left, the
first things to consider is water. Water is the most overlooked item in many people's emergency plan. You can live 30 days without food, but only 3 days without water. So when the power goes out, water will stop. You need to purchase a berkey water filter with original "black berkey" water filters. These filters can block not only germs, but virus's and many chemical agents. The Gov. (used to) classify these filters as "Purifiers" which is above the "filter" classification. These are gravity fed so no power is needed and military units all over the world use similar systems. Be careful as there are fakes out there now. Berkey Lawsuit Update: The company has sued the EPA for a classification change calling the filters a "pesticide" because it contains silver. Silver is used in many brands of water filters even today. And by definition "colloidal silver" solutions could be labeled a pesticide. It appears as though they don't want you to be independent. In any case, Water Food Shelter Fire/heat are the 4 necessities of life. Once you have those 4 things everything else is secondary. I don't need to cover food as it's all over the internet except to say everyone should have heirloom seeds on hand to raise your own food. Heirloom seeds are not hybrid which means you can save seeds from the crop and grow more next year. You cannot do that with many hybrid seeds. |
Once you have a way to get water, the next items should be camping items
like a small cook pot, skillet, plate/s, and utinsels to cook and eat
with. A first aid kit, emergency blanket to protect from cold which can
be used for other things like a waterproof cover and some extra
clothing. Bible. Planning for these events is different for
everyone because some have a house or cabin. Others may be camping in
the woods to escape food riots and killing. Each will need to pray
and research their area for safe places to go, and a way to get there.
A EMP attack may kill everyone's car so you may be on foot or a bycycle.
The important thing to remember is God can protect you if you stay close
(to Him). Remain calm, and think about what you're going to do. If you

Read "One second
after" here. This book describes a very realistic possibility and is
not suitable for young children due to it's graphic nature of events.
You can find the audio book version free on Youtube. People, I wish from the bottom of my heart that all of you will prepare and be ready when God's Judgements fall upon our country. There is no reason to fear, unless you don't talk to God about it. There are many things we can all do to prepare. I believe it will be a year or two after this war before Jesus returns and being prepared for country living is the way to do it. It's the way our great grand parents lived and it's do-able now. One last note, It would be a good idea to get to know your neighbors before this happens so you may be able to plan on helping each other. There is strength in numbers and perhaps you can witness to them along the way. Look at the communications page if you want to keep in touch with family or friends. Firearms are a necessity on a farm. There are pests and predators you will likely have to deal with and a firearm is a tool to do just that. You don't need a cannon, a small 22 caliber rifle (not a pistol) will dispatch most anything you run into except bears. Mountain Lions do not attack people very often and it's usually due to lack of food in their area or rabies. If you have bears in your area, purchase a bear rated pepper spray. These are effective enough to get you out of trouble in most cases. Using a firearm against a large bear is both dangerous and requires skill that many don't have. Pepper spray is something anyone can use and it has a 30 ft. range... |

Note that there are other water filters on the market if you cannot get
Berkey. Purchase a ceramic type with carbon/charcoal. I would avoid the
'straw' types as it's simply too easy to contaminate the device and get
tainted water into your mouth. |
